Our next working day courier is normally Royal Mail 24, while this may change to DHL for large items.

Our dispatch cut off point is 2pm Monday - Friday. (Orders after this may still be dispatched the same day depending on collection times)

Guaranteed Next Day Services

We are able to send orders via guaranteed next day services, such as Royal Mail 1pm or 9am. Please get in touch with us to discuss the cost of this. A quote will be given based on the packed size and weight of the order.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 7 days of your order arriving back with us, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
